Literally found a needle in a haystack. ^Local Knowledge: We were looking for something very specific and of all the people we had contacted over the years he's the one that came through. Everyone tried to mold us into a property, he did not. Anthony, found us a property that no one else knew about. His local knowledge was exceptional. ^Process Expertise: Anthony was put in a unique situation where the deal wasn't clear cut. He was the only agent on the deal (for sale by owner) and the owner was in another part of the state where the processes, companies, and customs are different. He wasn't afraid to step up and help and he did. E.g. the closing costs were 2x to 3x more in this part of the state, when we found out Anthony helped moved all closing costs to a more affordable group and explained the situation to the seller. *Anthony has a strong rolodex of people who can help you with anything real estate related. We wanted to get quotes/ideas on renovations and he was able to connect us to the appropriate people (builders, architects, etc.). *Anthony did a great job of project managing along the way. He set up all inspectors including pest, water, general, roof, etc. ^Responsiveness: Treated us how we'd want to be treated. He always responded within the hour and within our preferred method of communication. e.g. phone, facetime, WhatsApp, etc. ^Negotiation Skills: We were able to get a good deal on our purchase and Anthony was very open minded to suggestions. The seller was hoping for a bidding war, IMO, but given present macro and micro economic conditions Anthony was able to talk the sellers into what was fair for all parties. He also, helped with negotiating closing costs as mentioned above to what's fair and logical not to what's customary.

I do not have enough words for how good, Anthony Reeser was. I am a single mother of three, and my budget was extremely tight. I was having a hard time finding someone to work with me due to the low pre-approval amount. Then I met Anthony, I could tell from the moment we spoke that he knew his stuff. I was afraid that he too would not want to help me out but that was not the case. He right away asked what I was looking for and the area that I wanted. I received regular status updates from him and the most difficult part of the process was finding the time to go to the title company to close. He made the process seamless and did a great job with providing us with sound advice when preparing for the sale. I appreciated his honesty and that he wasn't afraid to respectfully disagree with me. When I say disagree, he wasn't being difficult, he just spoke to his years of experience and insight. His stagging and photos of my former home were amazing!
